Fruit Smothie with Seeds and Nuts

Here’s a nice idea to change your fruit smoothie the next time you feel like using your blender.

You can use any fruit you like and even add some vegetables if you wish.

On this one, I used 1 banana and 1 mango with just a little bit of soy milk so the smoothie was less liquid.

Then I cut some strawberries, half a banana and added some nuts and seeds. You can eat this like a fruit soup. So yummy and fulfilling! Try it out! You are gonna love it!
