After I made the decision to stop eating meat I made sure I would not go back. So I strengthened this decision by seeking information about the cruelty committed against farm animals, animals in the entertainment industry, our planet and what we are doing to it and the health problems that could be caused by the food I ate during my first 30 years of life.
